Care Renewed, LLC is a senior-focused, non-medical home care and care coordination company serving Central Ohio. Founded and led by a Licensed Social Worker with extensive experience in long-term care and discharge planning, Care Renewed was created to help seniors and families navigate aging, illness, and complex care transitions with confidence.

We specialize in supporting seniors who wish to age in place, as well as individuals transitioning from nursing homes or hospitals back into the community. Our proactive, personalized, and collaborative approach ensures seniors receive the right support at the right time—without unnecessary delays or fragmented care.
